AK Tube offers an extensive selection of carbon andstainless steel products. Hot rolled, pickled and oiled, cold rolled, aluminized, galvanized, galvalume, zinc-nickel and galvanneal tubing is available in standard shapes including rounds, squares, rectangles and ovals, in sizes ranging from .75" through 6.5" with wall thickness from .035" to .180".  Stainless steel 304L, stainless steel 409, stainless steel 439, aluminized 409, and 18 CrCb tubing is available in rounds ranging from 1.50" through 4" with wall thickness from .0276" to .0945."

We've been manufacturing ERW tubing for more than 25 years, and some of our key employees have been with us nearly that long. Our skilled tube mill operators average more than ten years of experience, which gives them insight and expertise to solve even the most complex tubing challenges.

Our quality assurance program is among the most rigorous in the industry. We use only prime steel that meets our exacting standards for quality, delivery and technical support. We monitor the quality with non-destructive testing such as eddy current and flux leakage, and conduct destructive testing several times a coil, a rate which exceeds ASTM destructive standards and is more than twice the industry average. Our commitment to quality has earned us ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality assurance, as well as TS-16949 certification, the supplier quality standard for the automotive industry.
